So many people fail to maintain a proper sleep schedule, but sleep is one of the most important aspects of life.
THE IMPORTANCE OR SLEEP
1. committing new information to Memory.
2.maintaining normal body processes such as proper carbohydrate storage and maintaining proper hormone levels
3. reduced tendency for daytime sleepiness, thereby reducing human errors such as
medical mistakes and traffic accidents
4. improves concentration and reduce moodiness and laziness.
5. an adequate amount of sleep assists in maintaining proper immune system function (Benefits of Sleep, 2015).
CAUSES OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION
A lot of things can cause lack of sleep these days and the most common one is technology. technology has evolved so much in such a way that it has become really comfortable one can spend hours on the bed watching movies, playing games or chatting on one's phone. people stay up at night so they can browse properly.
another cause which is even worse is “exam”.not sleeping properly during an exam is one of the biggest mistakes students make nowadays and although it may seem to work for some a lot of students just end up wasting their night.how do I study better?
